1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Pureffi purchase, you may request a full refund within 90 days of the delivery date.
This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and is limited to one refund per household.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your request is processed.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our Customer Support team at support@pureffi.com
with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for your request
Our team will review your request and provide instructions.
3. Returns (if applicable)
In most cases, you will not be required to return an opened container of Pureffi.
If a return is necessary (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), our team will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us at support@pureffi.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it at no additional cost or issue a refund.
5. Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
6. Exceptions
Purchases made through unauthorized resellers are not eligible for a refund.
We do not accept refund requests made more than 90 days after delivery.
