This website is operated by 9044574 Canada Ltd., doing business as Pureffi, a wellness company offering dietary supplements for women aged 45 and up. Products are sold exclusively through our U.S.-only online store at www.pureffi.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this site or purchasing from Pureffi, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the website. By accessing or using the Site, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to use this site or purchase our products. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data of individuals under 18.

4. Product and Health Disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Not intended for persons under 18. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Discontinue use and contact a healthcare professional if you experience an adverse reaction.

5. Ordering and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable state and local sales taxes will be collected where required by law.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown, including taxes and shipping where applicable.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information. We may cancel or refuse any order, limit quantities per person or household, and require additional verification if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected. If a pricing, availability, or other error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only to street addresses within the contiguous United States and do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days after shipment.

Expedited Options: Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee shown at checkout.

You will receive tracking details by email when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak volumes, or factors outside our control.

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated at purchase, we will notify you and either obtain your consent to a revised date or promptly issue a refund, consistent with the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

We are not responsible for shipments sent to the address you provided that is incorrect or incomplete. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier first, then contact us within 3 business days so we can assist.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on your first order if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, email support@pureffi.com within 90 days of purchase with your order number and photos if applicable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Opened containers are eligible for refund for first-time purchasers only. Limit one refund per household.

For subsequent orders, we provide replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 90 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist.

We may request that you return the product or any remaining contents for quality review. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Adverse events are reviewed under our internal safety procedures. Please report any serious adverse event using the contact details in Section 20.

8. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Before you enroll, we clearly disclose the renewal price, frequency, how to cancel, and that the plan continues until you cancel. By enrolling, you provide express informed consent to recurring charges. We email you an acknowledgment with the terms and simple cancellation methods. You can cancel online at any time through your account or by the listed method, and we will stop future charges immediately. Some states, including California and New York, require specific disclosures and online cancellation paths, which we follow.

9. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and are subject to change. Promotions do not apply to subscription orders unless explicitly stated.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including branding, text, images, and graphics, is owned by Pureffi or its licensors and protected by copyright law. You may use it for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website in any unlawful way, including:

Attempting unauthorized access
Using our content commercially without permission
Uploading malicious code or interfering with site functionality
Using bots, spiders, or automated tools to access or collect data from the website.

12. Disclaimers and Warranties

We provide the site and products “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pureffi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; these may not apply to you. Use of dietary supplements is at your own risk. In no event will our aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Products or the Site exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable Products in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pureffi, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

15. Arbitration Agreement

a. Agreement to Arbitrate and FAA. You and 9044574 Canada Ltd., doing business as Pureffi, agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Site, the Products, these Terms, or any transaction between us will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, and not in court, except as set out below.

b. Informal Dispute Resolution First. Before filing a claim, you agree to email support@pureffi.com with a brief written description of your dispute and your contact information. We will work to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days after we receive your email. If we cannot resolve it, either party may commence arbitration.

c. Small Claims and Injunctive Relief Carve-outs. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to prevent or stop actual or threatened misuse of intellectual property or confidential information.

d. Rules and Forum. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. A single neutral arbitrator will conduct the arbitration. If the arbitrator requires a hearing, it will take place by video or phone when reasonably practicable, or in the county where you reside in the United States. If you reside outside the United States, the hearing will take place in New Jersey, or by video or phone at the arbitrator’s discretion.

e. Fees and Award. AAA rules will govern payment of filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees. The arbitrator may award individual relief as permitted by law. Any award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

f. No Class or Representative Actions. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide that party’s relief.

g. Arbitrability. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this Arbitration Agreement, including whether a dispute is subject to arbitration, except that a court will decide issues relating to the enforceability of the class action waiver in Section 15(f).

h. Opt-Out. You may opt out of this Arbitration Agreement within 30 days of your first purchase from Pureffi by emailing support@pureffi.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and including your full name, billing address, email address, and order number. Your opt-out will apply only to future disputes and will not affect prior agreements to arbitrate.

i. Severability and Survival. If the class action waiver in Section 15(f) is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, then this entire Arbitration Agreement will be unenforceable as to that claim. Except for that, if any part of this Arbitration Agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder will still apply. This Arbitration Agreement will survive termination of these Terms and your relationship with Pureffi.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, where our fulfillment operations are based, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any section of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Pureffi.

18. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.

19. User Content

By posting, submitting, or sharing any reviews, comments, photos, videos, or other content (“User Content”) on the Site or our social media pages, you grant Pureffi a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in any media, for any lawful purpose, including marketing and promotion, and including use of your name, username, likeness, and any captions in connection with your User Content.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content, and that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law. We may remove User Content at any time at our discretion.
